We process personal data only as far as necessary to provide a functional website and our content/services, on the legal basis of the GDPR and German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

3. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent (Art. 15–21, 7(3) GDPR), and the right to complain to a supervisory authority (Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection).

4. Hosting & server log files

Hosted by Strato. Standard server log files (anonymised IP, timestamp, requested page, referrer, browser/OS) under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).

5. Contact / inquiry form

Data submitted (name, email, company, event type, message) is processed to handle your inquiry under Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR, and deleted once no longer needed.

6. Cookies

No consent-requiring cookies or tracking. Only technically necessary functions (e.g. storing your language choice locally; never leaves your device).

7. Fonts

This website uses external fonts provided via CDNs (including Google Fonts) to ensure a consistent and appealing typography. When you access a page, your browser loads the required fonts into its cache to display text and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser must establish a connection to the servers of the font providers, whereby your IP address is transmitted to them. The use of these services is based on our legitimate interest in a uniform and appealing presentation of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

8. Analytics

No web analytics used.

A plain link to our Instagram profile; data processing there is Meta’s responsibility. A link itself transmits no data.
